DAY6 in the books. Did a lot of teaching what we’ve learned this week to our fellow instructors. Besides, defending sticks with hands and body or - even better - another stick.

Day 5: Starting with a long stretching and balance session. Then us teaching groups on to determination drills CQB (Close Quarter Combat) and more intensive determination & bagwork drills. No joke 🙂 But great day with Dragan, Expert 2.
Day 4. Strenghtening the kicks, going to the ground, mental aspects and fighting tactics. All the good stuff with Eyal & Dragan. Great day!
