Day 3 at with Eyal Yanilov & Dragan Franjković. The day was packed with knowledge and experience was earned.

One of the subjects was “Slow fighting” which is a training method invented years back by Eyal, but later copied by others.

It sharpens the ability of the trainee to recognise attacks and sharpens the decision making. Mental load is added progressively and adaptation fast due to the absence of stress.

Later many rounds of sparring and pad-work followed by a session on how to fight people who are trained in other styles of fighting.

We rounded off the day training a subject called “attack-defend-attack” where the trainee is initiating the attack following through and adapting when the opponent defends. Warrior level.

Overall, as usual, a great KMG day on the matt.
